CONSTITUTION:A ground surface layer 12, an insulating film 13 having a hole, a tunnel layer 14 formed in the hole, and an upper electrode 15 contacted with the tunnel layer are formed on the substrate 11. In this manner the number of steps is shortened, and the stepwise disconnection of the wire can be prevented.
