Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent an excess current from being supplied to a motor, by detecting an increase of torque of the motor and disconnecting a feeder, when a film has ended, in a motor-driven camera. CONSTITUTION:Rotation of a motor M is transferred from gears 1, 2 to a shutter charge mechanism, a clutch mechanism and a spool 19 through a gear train G1, a gear train G2 and a gear train G3, respectively. Rotation of a gear 21 is transferred to planet gears 23, 24 on a clutch plate 26, and further to a gear 25, through a gear 22 which has been formed in one body, and attains to the gear train G3. When coiling of a film is completed, a clutch lever 35 does not hook the clutch plate, and rotation is not transferred to the gear 25. When a film ends, a film end detection lever is pushed to the left together with the clutch lever against a spring 35, and when a notch 37a' of a holding lever is fitted, a switch S2 is opened, and electric supply to the motor is disconnected.
