Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform vibration analysis with high accuracy by calculating the amplitude and phase of each of frequency components based on the signal from a vibration measurement and processing device and analysing the vibration at the same time, and determining correction of the balancing adjustment if vibration causes are not balanced and estimating vibration in future. CONSTITUTION:A vibration measurement and processing device measures vibration amplitudes, vibration phases and vibration wave form of rotating shaft system such as turbine, generator, etc., and consists of a vibration detector 1, amplifier 2, integrator 3, band filter 4, analog input device 5, rotation detector 7, transducer 8 and operation section 10 for treating inputs into signals that are suitable for analysis. An electronic computer 6 calculates amplitude and phases of individual frequency components based on the signals from the above mentioned vibration measurement and processing device and at the same time analyses vibrations. If the cause of vibration is unbalance, the computer 8 determines the correction value for adjusting the unblance and estimates the vibration after the correction. A line printer 11, plotter 12, X-Y recorder 13 and other output devices output as needed the results of calculation or analysis by the electronic computer 6.
