PURPOSE: The titled composition that contains a vehicle and a specific powder of a silico-manganese alloy pigment at a specific ratio, thus showing high anticorrosive effect for iron, because of its preventing iron from white rusting and selecting no finish coating.
CONSTITUTION: The objective composition comprises (A) a vehicle such as tetraalkyl silicate and (B) a fine powder of silico-manganese alloy pigment in which the weight ratio of Si/Mn is 50/50W20/80 and the particle size is less than 50μ on the average (40W80wt%).
