Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the control of the input of a braking force with a simple construction when a car is braked, by comparing a predetermined deceleration with the actual deceleration, and controlling the brake hydraulic pressure of a braking booster to increase or decrease said pressure. CONSTITUTION:The depressing force 13 of a brake pedal 1 is converted by a converter 14 to a deceleration signal that is in turn inputted into a relative operator 16 to which the actual deceleration 15 is inputted. Both the inputted signals 13, 15 are compared in the relative operator 16, and it is judged whether the braking control is normal or not. When the deceleration 15 is low relatively with the brake pedal depressing force, an electromagnetic valve 11 is actuated so that the brake hydraulic pressure generated in a master cylinder 3 is increased to increase the pressure of the booster 2. In this manner, the control of the input of the braking force can be improved with a simple construction.
