Abstract

PURPOSE:To detect the stopping state of a motor by a control command signal with high precision by discriminating the level of the output voltage of a tachometer generator on the basis of a predetermined reference level, and then integrating a voltage in inverse proportion to the rotating speed of the motor. CONSTITUTION:A stop detector 40 consists of a tachometer generator 41 for speed detection, a voltage generating means including comparators 43-45, an integration circuit 46, and an exclusive OR element 47 as a stopping state judging means. This voltage generating means generates a voltage in inverse proportion to the rotating speed of a motor and consists of the comparator 43 operating as the 1st level discriminating means, the comparator 44 as the 2nd level discriminating means, and the comparator 45 as a difference voltage detecting means for detecting the difference between the output voltage of the comparator 43 and that of the comparator 44.
