Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the construction thereof by a constitution wherein a trestle for the heat collector is supported on the upper end of a rotary supporting trestle stood on a fixed base through a horizontally rotating shaft, the fixed base and the trestle are connected through an universal joint at one end of south side and the supporting trestle is rotated from east to west. CONSTITUTION:The fixed base 3 is fixed horizontally while the supporting trestle 2 is rotated from east to west through a belt 5 by a motor 4 with a reduction gear activated at a constant time in the morning. Here, the trestle 1 for the solar heat collector is adjusted so as to face the true south at noon. When the trestle 1 is faced to the west, a limit switch 3-3 is operated to stop the motor 4 and it is returned to the east side by reversing it until tomorrow morning. According to this method, when the trestle 1 is faced to east or west, a vertical distance between an adaptor 1-2 and the fixing base 3 becomes minimum and it shows the maximum inclination with respect to the horizontal line while it shows the minimum inclination angle when it is faced to the true south. Accordingly, once the length of a connecting rod 6 is selected properly, the heat collector may be moved along the trace of the sun approximately.
