Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the visually recognizable angle of reflected light by forming a reflective layer by embedding glass balls entirely or partially on at least one side of a base plate having uneven surfaces, and thus covering the surface. CONSTITUTION:On one surface of a lengthwise corrugated plate 11, a reflective layer consisting of an adhesive 12, glass balls 13 and a transparent protective layer 14 is provided. When this is installed as the guard rail of a medium strip, light B from a car is recognized visually by a driver as reflected light in front of the top part of a corrugation part. Reflective layers formed on both sides of the corrugated plate are effective as a reflective center line in the center of a road. Thus, the visually recognizable angle of reflected light is increased and the cost of construction is reduced.
