CONSTITUTION:Paint such as epoacrylic pigment or the like is applied on the surface of, for example, brass, and is dried. Next, it is printed thereon with oxidative polymn. type epoxy ink or the like by using a screen, and is dried. A metallic film of Al or the like is formed by vacuum deposition or sputtering thereon. Further, for example, acrylic transparent paint colored with a dye is coated therein and is dried.
