Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable television reception and radio reception at the same time by a simple circuit by using the PLL loops of a television and a radio receiving circuit partially in common. CONSTITUTION:When a power source is put to work, switching circuits 6 and 10 form a PLL loop for television. Then, the frequency division ratio of a programmable divider 2 is determined, and then the output frequency of a television voltage-controlled oscillator 8 varies, determining a channel. The switching circuits 6 and 10 are changed over, and the PLL IC1 of the televison PLL loop and a low pass filter 5 are used in common to form a PLL loop for FM radio. Thus, radio reception is held in readiness. During this switching, the voltage of the low-pass filter 5 is held in a voltage holding circuit 7, so the reception state of a television receiving circuit A is held.
