Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the precision of measurement by adopting for a probe a system of holding a body to be measured between a pair of holding arms which can be opened and closed, and by providing a hot electrode and an earth electrode on the respective holding surfaces of the above-mentioned holding arms. CONSTITUTION:A measuring device has a probe 10 provided with a sensor electrode consisting of a hot electrode and an earth electrode, a control circuit connected to the sensor electrode of the probe 10, an operation circuit connected to the control circuit, a high-frequency oscillation circuit and a display unit. The probe 10 is fitted with holding arms 12a and 12b which can be opened and closed, at the tip of a grip handle 11, and the hot electrodes 14a, 14b for impressing high-frequency voltage and the earth electrodes 15a, 15b surrounding the hot electrodes are provided on the holding surfaces thereof. By this constitution, the fluctuation of high-frequency current is prevented and thereby the precision of measurement can be improved.
