Then, a posture change thrust plate 14 touches a stopper 16 at the front moving edge of the catcher 13, and a posture of the catcher is turned into a slouchy one. With this caughting of the head of a crew on the catcher 13 at a time when the crew gets in and out of the vehicle can be prevented.
