Abstract
PURPOSE:To rotate a large-internal mass and thrust load and bearing at high speed by grease lubrication by interposing a vertical motor-driven shaft through bearings between two liners placed opposite to each other through an elastic material and disposing other bearings between shaft support brackets and the liners. CONSTITUTION:Grease is supplied from a grease supply opening 25 to lubricate the bearings 12, 13, 22, 23 and drive a shaft 11, so that a downward thrust load on the shaft 11 is transmitted to a bracket 21 through a fixing nut 15, the bearing 12, a liner 17 and the bearing 22, and an upward thrust load is in the same manner transmitted to the bracket 21 through an oil receiver 16, the bearing 13, a liner 18 and the bearing 23. Since the liners are elastically connected through an O-ring 20, all the bearings 12, 13, 22, 23 are subject to the same conditions and equally lubricated. The bearings 12, 13, 22, 23 are freely rotatable individually so as to be rotated at high speed by grease lubrication.
