PURPOSE:To monitor an operation state efficiently, by displaying in the form of a spot, the operation state of a steam turbine driving pump and a motor driving pump, on a flow rate-lift curve and a system resistance curve of a pump on a CRT interlocked with a computer. CONSTITUTION:Boiler pressure 15, boiler inlet flow rate 16, feed water temperature 17, pump inlet pressure 19, pump inlet flow rate 21, pump discharge pressure 18, rotary frequency 20 of a pump 7, and inlet pressure 22 of a turbine 2 are inputted to a flow rate-lift-system resistance generating program 14. In this state, an output which is capable of drawing this characteristic curve in accordance with an operational expression programmed in advance is transferred to a CRT12. Also, to a point generating program 13, pressure 15, a flow rate 16, temperature 17, pressure 18, rotation frequency 20 and a flow rate 21 are inputted, and an output for spot-displaying an operation point of each pump in accordance with the operational expression programmed in advance is transferred to the CRT12.
