Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an antivibration effect in a wide vibration frequency area by a method wherein the vertical vibration of a machine is converted into a hirizontal movement of a vibration plate fixed at the both end parts of a flat spring and along with this, the energy of th machine vibration is absorbed by a vibration attenuation material made of a viscous elastic substance. CONSTITUTION:A guide shaft 2 is errected at a mounting place 1 of a vibration apparatus 11 and a restraint plate 3 is fitted with bolts 4 at a corresponding position. An angle type flat spring 5 is fitted on the guide shaft 2 with a boss 5a inserted therein and at the both end parts of the flat spring 5, a moving plate 6 moving horizontally by the pressure force of the flat spring 5 and a washer 8 with its underside bonded with a teflon 8a so that said moving plate 6 may not slide on the restraint plate 3 horizontally are fixed with flush bolts 7. A vibration attenuation material 10 made of a viscous elastic substance is installed between the moving plate 6 and the restraint plate 3. With the antivibration shoe thus prepared, for example, holding the vibration apparatus 11, the antivibration effect is exerted to the apparatus 11.
