Abstract
PURPOSE: To exfoliate a film completely without any shrinkage thereof by a method wherein the suction is made toward the inside of a heating roll at the section of the roll where the film is softened, while it is stopped at a section of the roll where the film is melted, and further the air is discharged from the inside of the heating roll where the film is to be exfoliated.
CONSTITUTION: A film 12 is wound round a heating roll 8 and is heated by heaters in the plural number arranged on the outside. In the softening area where the film 12 wound around the roll 8 starts to be heated, the film 12 is sucked toward the inside of the roll 8 so as not to shrink. Suction is stopped in the melting area, such as section 43, where the film 12 is heated and melted to some degree. And in the exfoliation section where the film 12 exfoliates from the heat roll 8 the air is discharged from inside of the roll 8. In this way, the film 12 is heated and exfoliated excellently without any shrinkage thereof.
