Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement of resistance against earthquake by supporting the external circumference of a molded coil by interposing cushion materials and support materias for insulation form the opposite sides in a horizontal direction. CONSTITUTION:Support materials 13 for insulation are fixed to the lower tip of support fittings 16 fixed to a clamp fitting 10 for core at the upper part. The whole upper surface of a coil is held and fixed in a horizontal direction by interposing cushion materials 11 between support materials 13 and the external circumference of a high-voltage winding 2. Support materials 14 for insulation are fixed to support fittings 15 being firmly established to a base 9. The lower part of the coil is held by the support fittings 15 in a horizontal direction for fixing by interposing cushion materials 12 between support materials 14 and the winding 2. In this way, the coil is supported by a compressive direction having a high spring constant to the rolling of the coil. Therefore, characteristic vibration frequency will be improved by increasing the spring constant at the coil support sections and the oscillation will be controlled at small amplitude even if resonance occurs.
