Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain the method of construction, which can check the growth of a freezing zone in base rock by controlling cold heat energy in case of the operation of a freezing refrigerator by a heat insulating meterial while capable of early recovering the dryed adiabatic efficiency of the heat insulating material by fast evaporation of moisture existing in the heat insulating material as, ice pieces.
CONSTITUTION: Free water 2 in the base rock 1 is frozen in such a manner that the cavity 3 formed in the base rock 1 can be cooled under a condition that the heat insulating material 13 is fitted to an inwall surface 10 of the base rock. In such a method of construction, the cavity is brought to a supersaturated moisture-containing condition after the said heat insulating material 13 is fitted. Moisture 14 contained in the heat insulating material 13 are frozen by cooling the cavity, freezing is continued, and a heat insulating function is recorvered.
