Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a reutilized rubber having a vulcanization property similar to a rubber composite for which reutilized rubber is not used by applying a mechanical shearing force to a vulcanized rubber containing 1, 2 polybutadiene under specified temperatures. CONSTITUTION:A vulcanized rubber containing 1, 2 polybutadiene 70% or over in 1, 2 coupling and 5-50% in crystallinity at 30% or above by weight is reclaimed through mechanical shearing and peptizing by means of oven roll, calender roll, extruding machine, etc. at 50-180 deg.C. A rubber composite obtained through compounding the reclaimed rubber obtained as above at 50pts.wt. or below to 100 pts.wt. of a raw rubber indicates a vulcanization property almost comparable to a rubber composite for which reclaimed rubber is not used. Where said treatig temperature is 50 deg.C or below, a part crystallized with 1, 2 polybutadiene is not fused thoroughly, and a reclaimed rubber thus obtained becomes hardly formed in sheet; while where it is 180 deg.C or above, the rubber is decomposed excessively and deteriorates in quality as a reclaimed rubber.
