Abstract

PURPOSE: To generate a high pressure with a small pump by performing a pumping action through the opening or closing action of a suction port caused by the sliding motion of plungers and switching valves.
CONSTITUTION: When a plunger 7 moves back to make the inside pressure of the front chamber A of a cylinder 8 negative and the rear end of the plunger 7 opens a suction port 11, the working oil in an oil tank 1 is quickly sucked into the front chamber A. The top of the plunger 7 is advanced resisting a spring S2 by the revolution of a roller 6, and the suction port 11 is automatically closed by th plunger 7 to pressurize the front chamber A. When the pressurizing force exceeds the pressing force of a spring S2, a switching valve 10 is opened to supply working oil to the back chamber of the cylinder 8 from an orifice of a valve seat 9 to generate a high pressure.
