Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the difference between the conduction voltage and the base bias voltage to make a stable separating operation possible, by reducing the change of the conduction voltage of the transistor due to temperatures in the transistor circuit for synchronizing separation of the TV receiver. CONSTITUTION:The voltage of constant-voltage element D12 connected to the emitter of transistor TR11 is divided by resistances R12 and R13, and element D11 is connected between this division point and the base. The collector of TR11 is connected to output terminal 13 and load resistance R14. The bias current is supplied to element D12 by resistance R15, and constant-current source 14 is connected to the base of TR11. Therefore, the sum of the voltage, which is divided by resistances R12 and R13, of the forward voltage of element D12 and the forward voltage of element D11 is applied to the base of TR11, and the conduction voltage of TR11 is the sum of the forward voltage of element D12 and the forward voltage between the emitter and the base of TR11. Since these voltages have temperature characteristics very close to each other in the integrated circuit formed on the single semiconductor substrate, the difference between the conduction voltage and the base bias voltage is reduced.
