Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate bracketing the voice signal and the connection controlling signal from the digital signal and simplify the circuit constitution, by transmitting the voice signal and the discrimination signal. CONSTITUTION:The voice signal is supplied to switching circuit 3 after digitized by coding part 1, and meanwhile, the connection controlling signal from the exchange is supplied to discrimination code adding part 2. Adding part 2 transmits first the discrimination code and the connection controlling signal to circuit next. Circuit 3 transmits data and the code/signal to transmission line 6 in time division on the basis of the control signal transmitted from adding part 2 through line 7. In the decoding part, the discrimination code is detected by discrimination code detecting part 5, and data is decoded to a sound signal by decoding part 4.
