Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent a switch in off-operation from malfunctioning by using as a change-over switch an FET switch consisting of FETs connected together at their sources. CONSTITUTION:When input terminal 7 is held at high level, FETs 21 and 22 are on and FETs 11 and 12 are off, so that control voltage 4 is developed at terminal 6. When input terminal 7 is at a low level, control voltage 3 is outputted to the contrary. While FETs 21 and 22 are in off-operation, a source potential at point A is between voltages 3 and 4, so one FET is off without fail even if the other FET turns on, so that the malfunction can be prevented.
