Abstract

PURPOSE: To manufacture the captioned sheet improved in the bending processability thereof by a method wherein a surface decorative sheet, a craft paper impregnated with a specified resin and a partiment paper are laminated and hot-pressed.
CONSTITUTION: The surface decorative sheet, impregnated with a thermosetting resin such as diallyl phthalate resin or the like or nonimpregnated, the craft paper, impregnated with a resin composition in which 2W20pts.wt. of alkoxyl methylamine series resin such as melamine-formaldehyde resin or the like is blended into 100pts.wt. of dially phthalate series resin consisting of 50W95wt% of diallyl phthalate prepolymer and 50W5wt% of unsaturated polyester, and the partiment paper are laminated and hot-pressed for 10W60min under the condition of 120W160°C temperature, 10W50kg/cm2 pressure to harden them.
