Abstract

CONSTITUTION:The communication is carried out between the exchange and the terminal featuring the data and voice communication functions by means of the digital transmission signal of the envelope unit composed of one bit for envelope synchronization plus n-bits for commuication and the network control. In this digital transmission signal, F indicates the envelope synchronous bit, D0-D5 of n-1 bits show the communication information bit, and n-bit ordered S' indicates the state bit respectively. Then the S' bit equivalent to 9 bits is used as one block, for example, and the information necessary between the terminal and the exchange including the transfer of the incoming information under talking is expressed by 7 bits excluding start bit ST and stop bit SP each.
