Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to shift control from a warming-up correction system to a normal correction system using an O2 sensor under a condition of smooth air- fuel ratio change at the time of completion of warming-up of the engine. CONSTITUTION:A deviation detector circuit is provided which utilizes positive characteristic thermistor (PTC) 30 placed inside a thermo housing containing an autochoke mechanism. With the start of warming-up, PTC 30 is heated, and the value of current flowing in PTC 30 decreases sharply. This change is converted into voltage by voltage converter (VPT) 32. This voltage is compared with voltage signal 31 of preset level L2 in deviation detector 33, and the detector produces control output M25, and thereby compensation fuel is supplied to carburetor 1. When PTC 30 is heated, the current decreases sharply, and the output of deviation detector 33 is reversed. Then, switch 23 transmits the output signal of deviation detector 22, and thereby the control system using an O2 sensor forms a closed loop.
