Abstract

PURPOSE: To secure a simple and self-action laying into the ground for the diastrophism measuring device by installing the hammer mechanism to hammer the leading supporter itself into the ground within the leading supporter of the main body of the measuring device incorporating the gauge for measurement of the diastrophism.
CONSTITUTION: The tip of leading supporter 3 is throusted vertically into the soft ground, and then the current is flown to coil 8. Thus hammer 5 is attached by electromagnet 9 and led to guide bearing 4 to move quickly to the lower side and thus to give a strong piling force to the receiving surface 11. When the electric condutcion is stopped to coil 8, hammer 5 is shifted upward by the function of return spring 6 to be reset to the original state. In such way, the electric conduction is repeated to coil 8 intermittently, and as a result supporter 3 is piled into the ground. Accordingly, main body 1 is pulled by supporter 3 via spring 12 to be laid into the ground. Thus a simple and self-action laying is possible for the measuring device.
