Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the single signal input properties for the differential amplifier comprising a pair of transistors to which the base bias is applied each via the emitter follower, by removing the base resistance of one side and then providing the compensating resistance. CONSTITUTION:The base of the transistor of one of differential amplifiers 11 and 13 is connected directly to the emitter of emitter follower transistor 16, and the input signal is applied to the base of transistor 11. In this case, the rise of the base impedance is prevented for transistor 13, and then the reduction of the AC gain due to the feedback can be prevented. At the same time, resistance 20 is connected to the base of transistor 16 to prevent the increment of the offset voltage caused by the unbalanced base potential of transistors 11 and 13.
