Abstract
PURPOSE: To devise that the dynamic range of a pulse width wide by changing base driving current corresponding to a pulse width.
CONSTITUTION: An input signal 29 and a delta wave 28 in constant amplitude are introduced in a high speed voltage comparator 9 through terminals 11, 10, and applied to a base driving circuit 14 as width modulated signals 30, 31. A buffer amp. 16 superimposes positive power supply voltage 18 on the input signal 29 and pours it in a terminal B connected to the negative power supply and a speed up condensor C3 from a terminal A of the base driving circuit 14. Owing to this, voltage of the terminal A becomes waveform 33, and the base driving current takes waveform 34. Herewith, turn ON and turn OFF time of the switching transistor 15 are reduced.
