Abstract
PURPOSE:To give correction to the phase fluctuation and the inter-code interference without lowering the equalization accuracy by using the phase rotary circuit featuring a simple constitution and with no use of the complicated phase rotary circuit containing the multiplier circuit. CONSTITUTION:DC input signal 101 is supplied to convolutional adder circuit 102. The output signal of circuit 102 is supplied to decision circuit 104 deciding the transmission code via phase correction circuit 103 which gives the phase correction based on the follow-up phase supplied through terminal 18, thus delivering decision output signal 105. Then the output signal of circuit 102 is supplied to subtractor circuit 106 along with the output signal phase reverse correction circuit 201 which gives the phase reverse correction based on the follow-up phase supplied through terminal 109 to decision output signal 105, thus growing the equalization residual error signal. The output signal of circuit 106 is used as the control signal to give correction to the tap coefficient of circuit 102.
