Abstract

PURPOSE: To secure the steady oscillation output with a simple circuit constitution as well as to obtain the sine wave output featuring the reduced higher harmonic wave by detecting the oscillation output of the crystal oscillator and then giving a control to secure the fixed feedback quantity for the gain of the amplifier.
CONSTITUTION: The output of oscillation circuit 1 comprising crystal oscillator 2 and amplifier 4 is delivered to output point D via buffer amplifier 5. The output of point D is detected by detector 6, and this detected output is applied to amplifier 4 via DC amplifier 7. And the feedback quantity given to oscillator 2 is controlled by amplifier 4 to be supplied to oscillator 2, and the feedback quantity controlled by amplifier 4 is controlled to the fixed value. Then the higher harmonic component caused by the nonlinearily of amplifier 4 is deleted to stabilize the oscillation output at output point C of circuit 1, at the same time obtaining the sine wave output featuring the reduced higher harmonic component.
