Abstract
PURPOSE: To achieve forced lubrication for friction faces of a crankshaft and a spinning scroll by respectively forming lubricating pipes in the crankshaft and the spinning scroll, thereby significantly reducing friction loss of each friction face and preventing its seizure.
CONSTITUTION: A fine pipe 9 is formed in a crankshaft 7, extending from its lower end to the top, and a lubricating pipe 10 is shaped in a spinning scroll 3. An oil discharge end of the lubricating pipe 10 opens between friction faces of a fixed scroll 2 and a spinning scroll 3. Oil deposited in the bottom of a sealed enclosure 1 is applied with a discharg pressure to rise in the fine pipe 9 into the lubricating pipe 10 from which oil reaches a clearance between friction faces of the fixed scroll 2 and the spinning scroll 3 and another friction faces of a lap 3b and a mirror plate 2a of the fixed scroll 2. Each of well lubricated friction faces may reduce friction loss significantly and prevent seizure of them.
