Abstract

PURPOSE: To produce a magnetic core having no cut by molding the first resin on the whole of a ring-shaped magnetic core made of lap-wound steel tape, and the different kind of resin to the inside of the brim parts.
CONSTITUTION: A ring-shaped, wound magnetic core 10 is made of lap-wound thin magnetic-steel tape. The leg parts located on the both sides of the magnetic core have concave holders 12 to rotate the magnetic core 10 when the first resin 11 is molded on the whole surface, so that there are fewer noises in excitation. At the same time, a brim part 13 is formed on each end of the longer-side magnetic leg parts. Then, meshed gears 15 are installed as assembled inside the brim parts 13 on the longer-side magnetic leg parts opposed to each other, and as these gears 15 are rotated, the second resin of a different kind from the resin 11 is laminatedly applied to the longer side magnetic leg parts located inside the gears 15, and molded. Thus, an iron core having a low-leak magnetic flux can be obtained without cutting the magnetic core 10.
