Abstract
PURPOSE: To facilitate the replacement of oil seal, by mounting the release bearing sleeve dismountably and independently from clutch housing then applying an oil seal on said sleeve.
CONSTITUTION: The input shaft 3 of change gear is rotated by engine through clutch mechanism (not shown) placed at the right side, and supported through bearing 4 by clutch housing 1. Here male screw is formed in the inner face of opening 1a for passing the shaft 3 of housing 1 while corresponding male screw is formed at the base 46a of release bearing sleeve 46 to mount the sleeve 46 dismountably on the housing 1. Then circular oil seal 47 is mounted together with back plate 48 at the inside of base of sleeve 46. The release bearing 45 is mounted over the sleeve 46.
