Abstract
PURPOSE:To make cost lower, reliability higher and printing density unaffected by room temperature, etc. by connecting a self temperature control type resistor showing positive characteristics to temperature in series to heating resistors for printing. CONSTITUTION:Heating resistors 2 having discrete electrodes 4 are disposed in an array on the surface of an insulation substrate 1. A posistor 9 and resistor 10 are inserted parallel to the common electrode 3 which is on one side thereof, and are mounted by soldering. Then, the temperature of the substrate 1 is detected with the posistor 9 and according to that temperature, the resistance value of the posistor 9 changes and the voltage applied to the resistor 10 is controlled.
