Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent creep by easily disconnecting a firction clutch by operating a control switch along.
CONSTITUTION: A electro-magnetic control valve 13 swtiches hydraulic pressure for operating a hydraulic friction clutch. This automatic transmitter transmits engine power to a transmission gear, practicing speed change by connection or disconnection of a dog clutch, through a torque converter and the friction clutch. Upon speed change or switching of the dog clutch, the friction clutch is disconnected temporality thereby the transmission of the engine power is disconnected. The switching of the hydraulic pressure for connecting or disconnecting the friction clutch is carried out be the control valve 13. A control switch 10 for controlling the control valve 13 is disposed adjacent a operating handle. Owing to this constitution, the friction clutch may be disconnected very easily by the operation of the control switch 10 alone, therefore, creep may be prevented simply even when a vehicle is stopped suddenly at trafic signals and the like.
