Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve installation efficiency, by specifying the shape and size of a machine room bed.
CONSTITUTION: A machine room bed 11 is given the proper shape and size which must be smaller than the section area of a lifting passage 5. A guide member 12 is slidably hooked in a guide raie 6 which is mounted upright in the lifting passage 5. Machine room apparatus, such as a driving unit 3, a control board 4 and so on, are situated on the machine room bed 11 while being on the ground. After that, a rope is suspended from a hanger 13, the machine room bed 11 is lifted along the guide rail 6 up to the top of the lifting passage 5, and is fixed by stand frames 14. Thus, the prefabricated machine room bed 11 is permitted to be lifted, the devices 3 and 4 can be positioned reliably and centered easily, and installation time can be shortened.
