Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate the futility of thermal energy by sending the dried outside air in high temperature which is heat-exchanged by the heat exchanger of a dehumidification mechanism, into a dryer to utilize for drying materials.

CONSTITUTION: After the materials to be dried are put into a clothes stocker 4 or the receiving part element 23 inside a dryer 22, and operation starts, a motor 16 and a heater 15 are brought into conduction, and the stocker 4, a circulation fan 9, and a cooling fan 18 begin to revolve. Then circulation air is heated and flows into the stocker 4 from a dried air intake port 7 and contacts with the material to be dried in the stocker 4, and moisture is removed, and the air in high temperature and humidity is introduced into the pipe 2 of a heat exchanger 1. At this time, the outside air inhaled from an intake port 20 takes away the heat of circulation air in high temperature in the heat exchanger 1 and forms the air in high temperature, and said air passes through an exhaust aport 21 and flows into a dryer 22, and takes away the moisture from the material to be dried in a receiving part element 23 and is discharged outside from the exhaust port 26 of the machine. Thus, as the outside air which received heat in the heat exchanger 1 is introduced into the machine 22 and utilized, thermal energy can be utilized effectively.
