Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deformation of a wall frame by the external force such as the earthquake by a structural face bar without using any brace by providing a stepped part on the wall frame comprising a column and a horizontal member, and fitting and nailing the structural face bar. SOLUTION: A wall frame 20 of an upstairs part of a wooden building is formed rectangular shape by columns 16, 16, a lower girth and an upper pole plate, and the heat insulation material 22 such as glass wool is held between an internal plate 25 mounted on the inner side of the wall frame 20 and a horizontal rod 23 to form a ventilation passage 30 on the outer side. A stepped part 24 is formed on the outer side of the wall frame 20, an external plate 21 comprising a structure panel is fitted and fixed by nails, and the external surface of the external plate 21 is covered by an external wall material. The gap (c) between the stepped part 24 and the external plate 21 is preferably <=2 mm. When the external force such as earthquake and strong wind is exerted on the wall frame 20, the external plate 20 is abutted on the stepped part 24 to prevent the excessive deformation of the wall frame 20, the nailed parts are not excessively loaded, and no large nails are needed.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a wall of a wooden building has been braced to increase the earthquake resistance of the building. The brace is a rectangular wall composed of horizontal members such as bases, girder bridges, eaves girder, and adjacent pillars, and a member inserted diagonally inside the square wall. This prevents the wall surface from being deformed into a diamond shape. Several methods are known for connecting braces and columns or horizontal members. That is, a method of connecting the members to be connected with each other by a dovetail groove, fixing the members to be connected with a square metal fitting or a mountain-shaped metal fitting by nailing, or using a blade bolt is commonly used. On the other hand, as a wooden building structure having a high wall rigidity without using braces, there is a large wall structure known by a 2 × 2 construction method or the like. As shown in the first floor portion in FIGS. 1 and 3, the large wall structure has a base 12 and a body gap 1 constituting a wall surface.
This is a method of nailing and fixing a rectangular structural panel 21 to the square frame formed of the fourth and pillars 13 from the outside of the side surface.

However, when the above-mentioned bracing and the connection with the column member or the horizontal member are performed using metal fittings, it is not easy to have sufficient strength, which is equivalent to processing and assembly. Required attention and skill. In addition, when joining the bracing and the pillar or horizontal member by tenon processing,
Although a strong bonding strength can be obtained, there has been a problem that the number of man-hours for processing and assembling is increased, and the construction cost is increased. Also,
Although the large wall structure can obtain extremely high rigidity as compared with the conventional brace, the rigidity is significantly reduced when a large window is provided in the structural panel, and the structural panel is nailed and fixed, There was a problem that the bonding strength was affected by the strength of the nailing portion.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The technical problem mentioned above is to form a rectangular wall frame by combining a column member arranged vertically and a horizontal member arranged horizontally. In wooden buildings reinforced with structural surface materials attached to
A step is provided along the inner edge of the frame material forming the wall frame, and a thickness corresponding to the depth of the step and a similar structural surface slightly smaller than the size of the step are provided in the step. The problem is solved by fitting a material and locking with a nail or other locking member. In addition, it is preferable that the outside of the structural face material is covered with an outer wall material on the square wall surface.

The structural face material is fitted on the outer surface of the rectangular wall frame, fixed so as not to come off by nailing or the like, and the inside of the wall frame is closed. Further, even if the square wall frame is deformed into a rhombus shape due to an earthquake or other external force, the inner surface forming the step and the structural surface material fitted therein press against each other to prevent the deformation. The structural surface material and the outer wall material are made of different materials, and the outer surface of the structural surface material is covered with the outer wall material, so that the selection of the outer wall material can be performed with an emphasis on appearance.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of a wooden building 10 using the present invention, in which a first floor portion shows a conventional example and a second floor portion shows an invention portion. The wooden building 10 is provided with a base 12 extending in a lateral direction on a concrete foundation 11. On the base 12 through a vertical member 13 such as a pillar or stud,
Are supported, and a wall frame 20 of the first floor portion is formed between them. An eaves girder 17 is supported on the waist 14 in parallel to the eaves girder 14 via a pillar 16 on the second floor. 18
Is a roof frame, which is supported by the eaves girder 17.

Thus, in the wooden building 10, the first floor portion and the second floor portion both have a vertical member 13 composed of pillars and studs,
It has a rectangular wall frame 20 composed of a horizontal member consisting of a base 12, a body gap 14, and an eaves girder 17. An outer panel 21 made of a structural panel which is a standard wooden product is nailed to the wall frame 20 by a nail, thereby closing the inside of the wall frame 20 and increasing the strength and rigidity of the wall frame 20. However, the configuration shown above does not differ much between the conventional architecture and the architecture using the present invention. Reference numeral 22 denotes a glass wool or other heat insulating material, which is sandwiched between the inner surface plate 25 and the horizontal bar 23. That is, the heat insulating material is arranged facing the inner surface plate 25, and the ventilation passage 30 is formed outside the heat insulating material.

Here, the second floor part utilizing the present invention is as follows:
As shown in FIG. 2 (b), a step portion 24 to which an outer panel is to be attached is provided on the wall frame 20. The step portion 24 is formed on the outer surface side of the wall frame 20. That is, the step portion 24 has a depth substantially equal to the thickness of the outer surface plate 21 and a width of about 50 mm along the inner peripheral edge of the wall frame 20, and has a shape similar to the outer shape of the outer surface plate 21. It is made large. Therefore, the outer panel 21 can be fitted into the step portion 24. At this time, the gap c formed between the inner peripheral surface of the step portion 24 and the outer peripheral surface of the outer plate 21 is preferably small, and is preferably 2 mm or less. Since it becomes difficult, the finish of the fitting portion is generally adjusted by shaving the outer surface of the outer plate 21 which is easy to shaving.

According to the above embodiment, when the wall frame 20 is distorted by an external force such as an earthquake or a strong wind, and the square is transformed into a rhombus, only a small gap is provided between the inner surface of the step portion 24 and the outer surface of the outer face plate 21. If the gap is eliminated, no more distortion is allowed. Therefore, the deformation of the wall frame 20 is small, and the house can be protected from destruction.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the rectangular wall frame formed by the column members and the horizontal members is reinforced by the structural surface material fitted inside the wall frame, and high rigidity can be obtained. Further, the structural face material is fixed by nailing to the wall frame. However, since an external force that bends the wall frame is mainly supported by the structural face material and acts little on the nail, it is thick. It does not require the use of nails, which simplifies the operation and maintains high strength.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the structural face material, which is a functional component, is covered with an outer wall material and does not appear in the appearance of the building, the appearance of the building is not impaired. And so on.
