Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel mounting structure which can absorb different sorts of errors about a building unit. SOLUTION: Mounting members 17 and 18 are furnished at the top and bottom of each wall panel 14 coupled with the liner members 11 and 12 attached to the ceiling and floor of a building unit. Bolts 22 to fix the wall panel 14 to the liner members 17 and 18 are inserted through long holes 19 provided in the mounting members 17 and 18, and thereby the positioning of the wall panel 14 is made adjustable in the direction across its width, while the positioning across the panel thickness is made adjustable by selective use of spacers 23 having different thicknesses T.

Conventionally, the upper and lower ends of the wall panel are nailed to the liner member, and the mounting position of the wall panel inside the building unit has been fixed. However, there is an error in the production accuracy of the building unit and the arrangement accuracy of the equipment disposed inside the building unit, and also an error occurs in the installation position accuracy of the building unit at the construction site and the building unit interval accuracy. In a conventional wall panel mounting structure in which a wall panel is fixedly mounted inside a building unit, it is difficult to absorb such an error.

According to this, since the position of the wall panel 14 can be adjusted in the width direction of the wall panel, the building unit 1 can be adjusted.
For example, when there is an error related to the production accuracy of the building unit 1 at the position of the equipment 26 disposed inside the wall, the wall panel 14 is moved in the width direction of the wall panel to match the arrangement position of the equipment 26. The gap W between the adjacent building unit 1 is shifted due to the wall panel standing position or the error in the arrangement position of the building unit 1 at the construction site. When the dimension between the wall panels 14 is different from the width dimension of the connection panel 27, both building units are moved via the connection panel 27 by moving the wall panel 14 in the wall panel width direction. One wall panel 14 can be continuous.

In order to adjust the position of the wall panel 14 in the width direction of the wall panel, a liner member provided on the ceiling 7 and the floor 10 of the building unit 1 is formed with a convex rail portion or the like, and the vertical direction of the building unit 1 is adjusted. This can be achieved by providing a concave groove at the end portion to be fitted to the rail portion, or by adopting a configuration opposite thereto. In addition, mounting members 17 and 18 are provided at upper and lower ends of the wall panel 14, and these mounting members are provided. 17, 18 and liner members 11, 1

According to this, there is a horizontal displacement error between the liner member 11 of the ceiling 7 and the liner member 12 of the floor 10, and an error occurs in the vertical accuracy of the wall panel 14 erected between them. Even in such a case, by selecting the spacer member 23 having an appropriate thickness T, the wall panel 14
In addition, the liner members 11 and 12 of the two building units 1 adjacent to each other at the construction site where the wall panels 14 are erected are not aligned in a straight line. Even when a step in the wall panel thickness direction occurs between the wall panels 14 in the unit 1, the occurrence of the step can be eliminated by using the spacer member 23 having an appropriate thickness T.
