構造を図を用いて説明する。図1〜図3は本発明の遠赤
外線放射用衣類の第一実施例である。1はブラジャー

部2は、図2に示すように、カップ外布2aとカップ内
布2bと両布の間に遠赤外線を放射するシート3が埋設
されている。シート3は、物質を粉状にし、発泡材と混
練して成形機にてシート状に形成したものである。物質
としては、炭酸カルシュウム、アルミナ、ジルコニア、
マグネシャ、グラファイト、酸化チタン、酸化鉄、酸化
亜鉛、炭素、炭化珪素、などから常温近くで遠赤外線を
有効に放射するもの1種又は複数種を選ぶ。原材料は粉
末にし、混合して、更に成形機にて成形できるように、
成形用素材を混ぜる。成形したとき、内部は独立気泡を
有するスポンジ質の材質になる。
