Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized continuous sprayer not generating liquid dripping by stopping the sprayer in a moment when spraying is stopped and usable even indoors. SOLUTION: A liquid is sucked from a tank 4 by operating a trigger handle 5 to be temporarily stored in a pressure accumulation chamber 10. When the operation of the trigger handle 5 is further repeated, a wall surface 11 moves against a spring material 12 as the liquid introduced into the pressure accumulation chamber 10 becomes much to finally push out the liquid by the repulsive force of the spring material 12 to jet the liquid from a nozzle 14. When the operation of the trigger handle 5 is stopped, the upper surface corresponding to the projection part 19a of a seesaw button 19 is pushed to push a part 18a sending the liquid 3 to the nozzle 14 of a bubble element 18 and the part 18a is pressed and deformed to perfectly close the flow of the liquid 3 to stop the supply of the liquid to the nozzle 14. At the same time, the pressure storage chamber 10 is allowed to communicate with the third liquid passing pipe 17 being the passage to the tank to be reduced in pressure to cut off the pressure to the nozzle 14. Therefore, the liquid is not sprayed from the nozzle 14 to prevent liquid dripping in a moment.

[0003] As a small sprayer capable of continuous spraying, FIGS. 8 and 9 are known. FIG. 8 is mainly used for agriculture.
Reciprocate, pressurize air in the space K of the tank T, and spray the liquid at this pressure. When it is desired to stop spraying, the cock C is closed. However, since there is still pressure in the space K, even if liquid dripping occurs, it is not a problem since it is used on farmland. FIG. 9 shows a structure in which the piston P is reciprocated in the cylinder S in advance, the space K is compressed, and the nozzle N is pushed to spray. When the finger is removed from the nozzle N, the spraying stops instantaneously and only liquid is not generated, but there is a disadvantage that the operation time is short because the air is quickly lost.

Further, the trigger handle is operated to temporarily store the liquid against the spring material in the middle of the flow pipe from the tank to the nozzle, and when the liquid reaches a predetermined level or more, the air pressure and the spring material are reduced. A sprayer provided with a pressure accumulating chamber for sending a liquid to a nozzle with a repulsive force of a liquid is known. This accumulator-type sprayer is capable of continuous spraying and is inexpensive because it does not use gas. However, when the operation of the trigger-handle is stopped, the liquid remaining in the accumulator is sent to the nozzle, and the pressure is reduced. The liquid was dripped from the nozzle because of the decrease in the temperature, so that it could not be used indoors.

Accordingly, the present applicant further provides a shut-off mechanism for completely blocking the flow of liquid sent to the nozzle through the liquid passage tube when the operation of the trigger-handle is stopped, and instantaneously reduces the pressure in the accumulator. A nebulizer in which a decompression mechanism works simultaneously was invented (Japanese Patent Application No. 8-31315). According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a sprayer which can be manufactured at a low cost and does not drip from the nozzle at the moment when the operation of the handle is stopped and the continuous spraying is stopped. The present invention further improves the above patents,
An object of the present invention is to obtain a small-sized continuous sprayer without dripping, which has a simplified structure, a reduced number of parts, and is inexpensive.

Next, the operation of the above embodiment will be described.
When the trigger handle 5 is rotated about the shaft 6, the piston 15 is pushed against the spring 16. Next, when the operating force of the trigger-handle 5 is released, the piston 15 is pushed out by the spring 16. Therefore, the inside of the first liquid passage pipe 9 in the sprayer main body 2 becomes negative pressure, and the suction valve 7 is opened to suck out the liquid 3 in the tank 4.

Then, when the trigger handle 5 is turned again to push the piston 15, the liquid 3 is opened into the discharge valve 9 and sent into the accumulator 10. This trigger handle 5
Is repeated several times, and as the amount of liquid 3 introduced into the pressure accumulating chamber 10 increases, the wall surface 11 moves against the spring material 12, and finally the pressure of the pressure accumulating chamber 10 is reduced by the valve 22 of the nozzle 14. The liquid 3 is ejected from the nozzle 14 when the pressure exceeds the value of pushing the valve 22 open against the spring 23. Thereafter, by continuously operating the trigger handle 5, if the liquid amount 3 drawn out by one operation of the handle 5 is made larger than the amount sprayed from the nozzle 14, the trigger handle 5 can be moved. When the air pressure is returned to the original state (returned in a short time because of the return by the spring 16), the air pressure in the pressure accumulating chamber 10 is lower than a predetermined value (nozzle 14).
Until the pressure of the valve 22 closes).

When the operation of the trigger handle 5 is stopped, the operation of the trigger handle 5 is stopped, and at the same time, as shown in FIG. The projection 19a crushes and deforms the portion 18a for sending the liquid 3 to the nozzle 14, completely blocking the flow of the liquid, and stopping the supply of the liquid 3 to the nozzle 14. At the same time, the protruding portion 19b is opened from the portion 18b for sending the liquid 3 to the third liquid passage 17 and is opened to communicate with the tank 4, so that the pressure in the pressure accumulating chamber 10 is reduced and the internal pressure instantaneously becomes zero. In addition to simply stopping the spray from the nozzle 14, dripping can be prevented. The liquid 3 remaining in the second liquid passage 13 returns to the tank 4 via the third liquid passage 17, so that there is no waste.

As described above, in the sprayer provided with the storage chamber, when the operation of the trigger handle is stopped to stop the continuous spraying, either the portion for sending the liquid to the nozzle or the portion for returning to the tank. Since a valve body with a control function that always opens and closes one is provided, just by operating the bubble body, not only continuous spraying, but also not only stopping supply of liquid to the nozzle when spraying is stopped By causing the internal pressure of the accumulator to be instantaneously reduced to zero by communicating with the accumulator and the tank, the liquid remaining in the accumulator can be prevented from being sent to the nozzle and dripping from the nozzle. Further, a control button of the bubble body is provided with a shear button on the valve body, and the shear button is used for a part for constantly sending the liquid to the nozzle of the bubble body or a part for sending the liquid to the third liquid passage pipe. If one of them is pressed and deformed to completely prevent the flow of liquid, the operation is easy, and the structure is simpler and the number of parts is smaller than that of the conventional product. is there.
