照射する光源及びミラーを担持し往復動するスキ
ヤナを備えるスリツト露光方式の露光々学系の冷
却装置において、 光学系を冷却する冷却フアンを上記スキヤナの
走査方向と平行な側面に設け、該冷却フアンは吹
出し方向を走査方向前方と後方との間に変化させ
るガイドフインを有し、 上記ガイドフインをスキヤナの往復動に連動さ
せて吹出し方向が変化するように往復揺動させる
連動機構を設けたことを特徴とする露光々学系の
冷却装置。 (2) 上記の連動機構がガイドフインに取付けら
れた係合部材とスキヤナと一体に移動した上記係
合部材に係合してガイドフインを往復揺動させる
係合部とより成ることを特徴とする請求項１に記
