第２図は本考案の装置を用いて被測定体を透過し
たβ線の強度分布ｅと用いない場合の強度分布ｆ
の状態を模式的に示す図、第３図は放射線源と検
出器の位置関係を説明する図、第４図は放射線の
強度分布を示す図、第５図は従来例の説明図であ
る。 １…放射線源、２…放射線検出器、２ｂ…放射
線検出素子、３…被測定体、４…真空容器、１３
…フイルタ、１３ａ…小孔。
第２図は本考案の装置を用いて被測定体を透過し
たβ線の強度分布ｅと用いない場合の強度分布ｆ
の状態を模式的に示す図、第３図は放射線源と検
出器の位置関係を説明する図、第４図は放射線の
強度分布を示す図、第５図は従来例の説明図であ
る。 １…放射線源、２…放射線検出器、２ｂ…放射
線検出素子、３…被測定体、４…真空容器、１３
…フイルタ、１３ａ…小孔。
Claims (1)
- 放射線源から放射され、被測定体を透過してく
る放射線を半導体放射線検出器により検出し、前
記被測定体の物理量の測定を行う放射線応用測定
装置において、前記放射線源と被測定体の間に所
定の断面積と長さを有する筒状の真空容器を配置
するとともにその真空容器の出射口に近接して前
記真空容器の断面積よりも充分に小さな面積の放
射線透過孔を有するフイルタを設け、前記被測定
体を透過して形成される放射線の強度分布の範囲
よりも前記検出器の検出面を大きくしたことを特
徴とする放射線応用測定装置。
