In order to continuously perform various treatments such as desizing, scouring, bleaching, weight reduction, and dyeing and resin processing on a long woven or knitted fabric (hereinafter referred to as a fabric), the long fabric must be continuously processed. It is known that the desired processing can be carried out by using equipment that can impregnate the material with liquid and perform moist heat treatment, such as a purple range (trade name of our company), a high-pressure steamer, etc. However, when a long fabric is passed through the above-mentioned moist heat treatment device, a tensile force is applied in the longitudinal direction of the long fabric, so the width dimension of the long fabric transferred by this tension is In the case of fabrics such as lawn, jersey, etc., ultra-thin fabrics, knitted fabrics, open fabrics, etc., which tend to elongate, it is difficult to obtain processed fabrics with the desired dimension width due to shrinkage. When the fabric swells, it is elongated in the length direction due to a tensile force in the fabric transport direction, making it impossible to obtain a treated fabric with a desired size and width. In addition, in the above-mentioned open-woven knitted fabric, selvage (curl) occurs on both side edges of the open-woven fabric during liquid impregnation treatment and transfer, and mercerization is performed with this selvedge-curled state intact. If this process is carried out, uneven processing or processing defects will occur in the selvedge part, so in the past, products were made by cutting out the edges of both sides of the open-fabric knitted fabric after mercerization, that is, the processing defects. . However, the cut width of this defective part is
Because it was about 15 cm thick, there was a lot of waste in the open fabric, which caused problems such as wasted resources and poor economic efficiency.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a method and apparatus that can continuously perform effective moist heat treatment on long fabrics that are particularly easy to stretch, without stretching them in the longitudinal direction and in a short period of time. The first objective of this development is to continuously apply moist heat to fabrics that tend to stretch without stretching them. The second purpose is to pass the stretchable fabric through a steamer can where high-pressure moist heat is maintained, thereby effectively performing the desired moist heat treatment in a short period of time.

It consists of a large number of treatment liquid spray nozzles 73 for spraying treatment liquids such as liquid, dyeing liquid, resin liquid, etc. Reference numeral 8 denotes a notension liquid treatment mechanism for performing secondary treatment on the fabric that has been primarily treated by the liquid treatment mechanism 7, and this notension liquid treatment mechanism 8 includes an upper guide that transports the fabric 1 in an up-and-down meandering manner. Roll group 8 1 and lower guide roll group 8 2
The upper guide roll group 82 has a treatment liquid injection nozzle 83 that applies the treatment liquid toward the fabric 1 guided and transferred by the upper guide roll group 81, but the lower guide roll group 82 is It is planarly and rotatably supported on a movable frame 8 4 located thereon, and the movable frame 8 4 is provided to be movable up and down by a cylinder 8 5 . Reference numeral 9 denotes a receiving tray for the processing liquid injected from the processing liquid injection nozzles 7 3 and 8 3 .

Since the present invention has the notension liquid processing mechanism 8 in the above embodiment as its main structure,
The structure of this attention liquid processing mechanism 8 will be described in more detail. That is, the upper guide roll group 8 1 is disposed in a fixed position and driven in this notension liquid processing mechanism 8, but the lower guide roll group 8 2 is driven by operating the cylinder 8 5 . It moves up and down. When starting the operation of this device, the cylinder 85 is operated to lower the lower guide roll group 82 to the position shown by the solid line, so that the fabric guided by the upper and lower guide roll groups 81 and 82 is It is regulated in a meandering manner with tension applied in the direction.
After the meandering state of the fabric is regulated in this way,
When the cylinder 8 5 is operated to raise the lower guide roll group 8 2 as shown by the chain line, the fabric is transported while being supported in a suspended state only by the upper guide roll 8 1 . 1, the fabric is transported without tension being applied at least in the longitudinal direction of the fabric.

Next, to describe the operation of the above device as a whole, first, pressurized steam is sent into the steamer can body 2 to maintain the inside of the steamer can body 2 in a high pressure, moist heat state of, for example, 150°C, and at the same time, the fabric guide rolls and liquid treatment The mechanism 7 and the notension liquid treatment mechanism 8 are driven to guide the fabric 1 to the liquid treatment mechanism 7 and the notension liquid treatment mechanism 8 in the steamer can 2. The lower guide roll group 82 descends and regulates the fabric so that it forms a vertical meandering pattern. Next, when this regulation is completed, the lower guide roll group 8 2
is raised to bring the fabric into a state of non-tension and continue operation. Through this operation, the fabric 1 fed into the steamer can 2 is first bonded to the circumferential surface of the drum 7 1 while receiving high-pressure moist heat inside the steamer can, and then transferred while being pressed by the presser roll 7 2 . During the process, the treatment liquid heated to approximately 150°C by the heat exchange heater 13 is sprayed from the liquid jet nozzle 73 toward the fabric.
The fabric 1 is repeatedly subjected to a liquid-impregnating reaction with the treatment liquid while being prevented from shrinking in the width direction or from forming around the ears. The fabric that has been subjected to the high-humidity heat treatment is thus introduced into the no-tension liquid treatment mechanism 8, where the high-temperature liquid heated by the heat exchange heater 13 is injected toward the fabric from the nozzle 83 , and the no-tension liquid treatment mechanism 8 is introduced. It is re-impregnated under water. As a result, fabric 1
The secondary reaction treatment is carried out without applying any tension in the vertical direction, and it has the advantage that effective moist heat treatment can be carried out continuously and reliably at the desired predetermined width.

As described above, the present invention includes an upper guide roll group that is laterally arranged and driven in a steamer can through which fabric can be passed continuously, and a lower guide roll that is disposed opposite to the upper guide roll group. A moving mechanism capable of moving the group of guide rolls in either the upper or lower tier in the vertical direction, and a high-temperature liquid directed toward the fabric that is guided and transferred in a meandering manner by the guide roll groups of both the upper and lower tiers. This apparatus is characterized in that a treatment liquid spray nozzle for applying and impregnating a fabric is disposed therein. According to this apparatus, the upper guide roll group or The lower guide roll group can be regulated to a predetermined meandering height by moving the upper and lower guide rolls in a direction that separates them, and after this meandering shape is aligned, the upper and lower guide rolls approach each other. If the fabric is moved in the direction shown in FIG. Furthermore, if the upper and lower guide rolls are intermittently separated from each other, the meandering shape of the fabric in the vertical direction can be shaped, and the tension transfer by the suspended loop shape can be continuously performed, thereby achieving the desired dimension width. This method has the effect of continuously producing moist heat-treated fabrics that are warm and of good quality.
