【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 1種の多機能積載の軽便病床であり、2つの
手すり支持部、1つのベツド本体、2つのベツ
ド本体調整機構、並びに1つの集水盤などのユ
ニツトから構成されており、 その中で、2つの手すり支持部は左右両側に
個別設置され、各側とも下側の車台フレームと
上側の手すり支持棒の間に於いて、1つの前支
柱並びに1つの後支柱を組掛けた構造体になつ
ており、2つのベツド本体調整機構は2つの支
持棒の2つの前支柱並びに2つの後支柱の下側
に個別取り付けられており、それによつて病床
の車台を構成しており、 ベツド本体は前フレーム,中間フレーム,後
フレームの3段継ぎ合わせて網目状ベツド面と
で構成され、中間フレームは手すり支持棒の2
つの前・後支柱上端に取り付けられ、前フレー
ムと後フレームの下側に可動方式で連結された
1つの支持棒は個別にベツド本体調整機構上端
の各連結棒とピンで連結され、ベツド本体調整
機構によつて連結棒を駆動することにより前フ
レームと後フレームの勾配角度を制御し、前フ
レームと後フレームの下側には個別に吊掛け式
排水布が、洗浴時に前・後フレームの上に吊掛
けて使用する目的で設けてあり、別に中間フレ
ームのベツド面中央部には1つの排泄部が病人
が直接大小便できる仕様として提供されてお
り、 集水盤は中間フレームの下部に洗浴水又は大
小便の排出用途として、手すり支持棒の前・後
支柱に取り付けており、 上記ユニツトを組み合わせることにより、取
り外し,組み立てが可能でベツド本体の勾配調
整も可能で、洗浴水又は大小便の排泄も可能で
あることを特徴とする多機能積載軽便病床。 2 ベツド本体調整機構は基本的に、1つの回転
軸の螺旋ネジを旋回させることによりウオー
ム・ギヤを駆動し、更にウオーム・ギヤの上に
溶接されたベーベル・ギヤで駆動軸上のベーベ
ル・ギヤを駆動することにより駆動軸を旋回さ
せ、一方駆動軸上端は連結棒に溶着(接)され
てあり、従つて回転軸を旋回させることによ
り、上記ギヤ関係を以て連結棒を上下に作動さ
せ、又連結棒の先端に設けられたピン孔のより
ベツド本体の前・後フレーム下側にある支持棒
と嵌合連結している実用新案登録請求の範囲第
1項記載の多機能積載軽便病床。 3 前フレーム下側にある支持棒は後フレーム下
側の支持棒よりも長くなつており、尚支持棒尾
端にはすべて1つのハメ溝と1つのハメ溝を貫
通するピン孔を設けてあり、それによつてベツ
ド本体調整機構の連結棒とピンで連結され、連
結棒が上下作動の時には、支持棒を駆動するこ
とにより前・後フレームの勾配角度を調整でき
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項又は第2項記
載の多機能積載軽便病床。 4 ベツド本体の前フレームと、後フレームと、
又中間フレームとは、矩形枠状と各々なつてお
り、前・後フレームの各尾端には1つの受け溝
を設けてあり、中間フレームの両側各端部には
凸型のハメ継手を設けてあり、ハメ継手と受け
溝にはすべてピン孔があり、ハメ継手を受け溝
に挿入したのち、更にピンを貫通させて可動連
結することにより、前フレームと後フレームは
ピン連結点を円心として角度調整を可能とする
実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の多機能積
載軽便病床。 5 ベツド本体の中間フレームは矩形枠状をな
し、その中間部はやや下側に窪む弧形になつて
おり、フレームの上には同等間隔で強化ヒジ管
を4本取り付けることにより、中間フレームの
構造体の強化と負荷力の増加を可能とする実用
新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の多機能積載軽
便病床。 6 ベツド本体の前フレームと後フレームの上に
吊掛けた排水布の吊金はすべて前フレームと後
フレームの両枠と同一方向で均一に点在設置さ
れている実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の
多機能積載軽便病床。 7 ベツド本体の中間フレームのベツド面中央部
に設置された排泄部は、1つの中空ハメ環と1
つの締め環によつてベツド面の上に締付状態で
固定されており、中空ハメ環の上端となる環体
は広い薄い軟質体からなり、病人の坐臥時に発
生する不快感を防止できる実用新案登録請求の
範囲第2項記載の多機能積載軽便病床。 8 集水盤の内部は周辺から中央部へ凹状の傾斜
をしており、中央部の底辺に於いて1つ中空円
管を形成し、それにより洗浴水と大小便を排出
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の多機
能積載軽便病床。 9 2つの手すり支持棒の前・後支柱中間に1つ
の平板を設け、平板上での集水盤中央部の円管
真下位置に1つの尿器を並べて置く実用新案登
録請求の範囲第1項記載の多機能積載軽便病
床。 10 2つの手すり支持部の各手すり支持棒中端に
手すりを設置してあり、手すり支持棒の前端に
コツプ又は点滴台を取り付けられる固定孔を設
