ときには、このラチエツト機構の係止爪の爪車と
の係合を解除して回転ドラムの逆回転を可能に
し、ワイヤロープを操作ボツクスから繰り出すこ
とによつて開窓するようになつているが、この開
窓状態において再び閉窓するときに、ハンドルを
過つてワイヤロープの巻き取り方向と逆方向に回
してしまう場合があり、そうすると、回転ドラム
に余巻きされているワイヤロープが繰り出され、
回転ドラムの周りで絡み合つて操作不能となる欠

において、アーム14に軸支された爪片15が回
転ドラム6の一方の鍔5の全周に形成された係合

し込むと、その側面に凹成された溝21にアーム
14の係止部16が嵌まり込んでアーム14が反
時計方向に回動して爪片15が鍔5の係合歯9か
ら離間することにより、回転ドラム6の逆回転が
可能となつてワイヤロープ10が繰り出されて開
窓するようになつており、この開窓状態から再度
閉窓するには、回転ドラム6を時計方向に回すと
図示しないリンク機構によりアーム14が時計方
向に回動して爪片15が再び係合歯9に係合し、
ワイヤロープ10の巻き取り可能な状態に復帰す
