石、マンガン鉱石等の鉱石を溶融還元する炉内に
鉛直に挿入され、微粉炭等の炭素含有物質及び酸
素を吹き込む上吹きランスであつて、ランスの軸
に対して10°以下の角度で溶銑中に炭素含有物
質を吹き込むノズルと、ランスの軸に対して60
°以上120°以下の角度で雰囲気中に酸素を吹
き出すノズルを設けたことを特徴とする溶融還元
炉用上吹きランス。 (2) ランスの軸に対して10°以下の角度で溶
銑中に炭素含有物質を吹き込むノズルと、ランス
の軸に対して60°以上120°以下の角度で雰
囲気中に酸素を吹き出すノズルとの間にランスの
軸に対して30°以下の角度で溶銑中に酸素を吹
き込むノズルを設けた請求項(1)記載の溶融還元
