When dismantling and removing equipment, it is necessary to separate and dispose of radioactive liquid waste, which is made up of radioactive waste oil discharged from inside the equipment, and radioactive solid (waste), which is made up of dismantled and removed parts of the equipment. However, it is difficult to completely drain the radioactive waste oil inside the equipment, and a considerable amount of radioactive waste oil that cannot be discharged remains, especially in equipment that has a complicated internal structure or shape.

This work not only carries the risk of spreading radioactive contamination, but also prolongs work hours in radiation-controlled areas. Therefore, this invention can prevent radioactive waste oil from leaking from the dismantled equipment and spread radioactive contamination when dismantling or removing equipment that contains radioactive waste oil that is difficult to discharge. This was done with the purpose of providing a dismantling/removal method that can shorten work time and reduce radiation exposure by eliminating dismantling work during work.

When removing the carp body from equipment containing radioactive waste oil and/or waste solvent, after solidifying the waste oil and/or waste solvent inside the equipment by immersing a coagulant made of polynorbornene into the machine 2X, The method is characterized in that the equipment is dismantled and removed. As the oil coagulant, an oil coagulant made of polynorbornene produced by ring-opening polymerization of norbornene is used. Such an oil coagulant is commercially available, for example, under the trade name "Cactus Oil Hardener TFN-2 J" (manufacturer: Toho Kankyo Service Co., Ltd.). It is a powder and solidifies waste ura into rubber in a short period of time. This oil coagulant is insoluble in water and acts directly only on ura.In addition, the oil will not re-elute from the solidified product. Combustion treatment of solidified substances is also possible. Examples of waste oils and waste solvents that can be assimilated by this oil coagulant are as follows: Petroleum-based: gasoline, kerosene, light oil, A heavy oil, B heavy oil, C
Heavy oil etc. Chlorinated hydrocarbons: carbon tetrachloride, chloroform, trichlorethylene, tetrachlorethylene, dichlorobenzene, etc. Straight chain paraffin hydrocarbons 201 hexane, n-dodecane, n-pentadecane, n-paraffin, cyclohexane, etc. Aromatic hydrocarbons; benzene, toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene, etc. Others include TBP (tri-10-butyl phosphate), petroleum ether, etc. When carrying out this invention, an oil coagulant is poured into the inside of the equipment to be dismantled or removed to solidify the radioactive waste oil remaining inside the equipment, and then the equipment is dismantled or removed depending on the purpose. do. Since the radioactive waste oil inside is solidified, it will not leak even if the equipment is dismantled, so there is no risk of spreading radioactive contamination. In addition to increasing the safety of M-body work, it is possible to dispose of equipment as radioactive solid waste. Since it can also be handled as a device, it is possible to streamline the process of dismantling equipment during removal work. Particularly in devices with complicated internal structures and shapes, if a powdered oil coagulant is directly introduced into the device, the oil coagulant may not reach every corner of the device. In this case, it is advisable to suspend a powdered oil coagulant in water and ethanol to form a slurry, and then inject this slurry coagulant into the equipment.

Cactus oil hardener TFN-2 J was injected into the equipment. This drawing coagulant in the form of a solid powder was previously made into a slurry with water and ethanol before use (1 part water, 1 part ethanol, 1 part oil coagulant). After the waste oil in the equipment was brought into contact with a slurry oil coagulant to solidify it into a rubbery state, the remaining slurry solvent (water and ethanol) was discharged from the equipment. When the equipment was removed, the internal waste water was solidified and had no fluidity, so it did not leak, and could be removed along with the equipment while remaining adhered to the inside of the equipment. Furthermore, the opening of the removed parts is sealed with acrylic resin or epoxy resin, and the solidified waste inside can be disposed of as radioactive solid waste along with the removed parts.

もある。As can be seen from the above explanation, according to the present invention, when dismantling or removing equipment that contains radioactive waste oil that cannot be discharged, the waste oil inside is solidified, so there is no leakage. In addition to preventing the spread of radioactive contamination, it also reduces exposure to radiation, making demolition and removal work much easier. Additionally, in the removal work, it became possible to eliminate the conventional steps of dismantling and removing radioactive waste oil. In particular, when using an oil coagulant in the form of a slurry rather than a powder, the oil coagulant is distributed throughout the details of devices with complex internal structures and shapes, ensuring that even waste oil remaining in the details is solidified. can be done. The waste pond thus solidified inside the equipment has the advantage that it can be disposed of as radioactive solid waste along with dismantled or removed parts.
