する洗浄機に関し、更に詳しくは、コンベヤに載
置した被洗浄物へ洗浄シヤワーを噴射して洗浄を

く、効率の良いシヤワー洗浄を行なうことができ

を提供するものであり、コンベヤには、搬送方向
に沿つて所定の間隔で仕切板を立設することによ
り複数の搬送路が形成され、各々の搬送路に集中
してシヤワーを噴出するシヤワーノズルをシヤワ

ヤワー管15がコンベヤの横断方向に配設され、
シヤワー管15には2つの搬送路8に対しシヤワ
ーを集中して噴射するシヤワーノズル13が各搬
送路8に対応して配置されている。シヤワー管1

ワーをかけて効率良く洗浄することができる。ま
た、当然シヤワーノズルの数も従来に比べ少なく
なるため、同様のポンプ圧力、水圧を使用する場
合でも洗浄シヤワーの水量、圧力を高め、良好に
